Casas de Hualdo organic olive oil has a light, balanced flavour. It’s made with hand-picked Arbequina and Cornicabra olives. They are grown organically in the Castilla-La Mancha region of Spain.

This extra virgin olive oil is perfect for vegetable dishes. Its delicate flavour makes simple, seasonal ingredients sing. Use it to dress a green salad or add a splash to a vegetable soup. We like to drizzle it over ripe tomatoes and grilled courgettes.

Expect aromas of apple, almond and green tomato. On the palate, the oil is light and fresh with intense fruitiness. There’s a hint of bitterness and a warm, peppery finish.

For this outstanding EVOO, the olives are harvested early for maximum freshness. They are cold-pressed within hours of being picked. The result is an exceptionally smooth and aromatic olive oil.
