Clearspring organic sweet white miso is ideal for adding sweetness and delicate umami to salad dressings or marinades.
The white miso is made with organic rice and soybeans, and is fermented for a very short time compared to other miso pastes.
Dissolve a tablespoon of Clearspring organic sweet white miso in 240ml of hot dashi stock for a light soup to go with a Japanese meal. Mix sweet white miso into mashed potato or mashed swede as an alternative to butter or cream.
Sweet white miso is even great in desserts. Use it in a homemade caramel ice cream or white chocolate blondies to add complex layers of sweet, salt and savoury.
