De Buyer Carbone Plus Round Based Wok, 35cm

Crafted from thick carbon steel, the wok heats quickly and evenly. Meat browns quickly, locking in flavour and moisture. Noodles and vegetables can be easily tossed and moved around the pan. Use a high heat for a smoky taste and aroma. This is known as wok hei, or ‘the breath of the wok’.

Carbone Plus woks are suitable for all kinds of stovetop. For induction hobs, the wok can only be used in an induction wok bowl.
