The De Buyer 28cm non-stick induction frying pan is ideal for gentle cooking and reheating on induction cookers. Reduce pasta sauces or cook a Spanish tortilla for the whole family.
The frying pan has a ‘lyonnaise’ profile – this means there are no sharp, straight edges around the rim, so food slides easily from pan to plate. The inside of the aluminium pan is coated with 5 layers of PFAO-free, PTFE non-stick Choc 5 – De Buyer’s most durable non-stick coating designed for heavy professional use. The base of the pan is AISI 304 ferritic steel, suitable for use on all cooking surfaces including induction. It is oven-safe for a flash ovens only, for 10 minutes at 200° C.
