The De Buyer Swing Plus mandoline is just the thing for busy cooks with lots of fruit and vegetables to prepare. Thinly slice most ingredients with ease – including soft, ripe tomatoes – and quickly adjust the thickness of slices from 0.5mm to 10mm.
The Swing Plus mandoline includes a scallop edged blade – use with potatoes, carrots and more for crinkle cuts in moments. The slider also comes with De Buyer’s clever rotation system. When used with the scalloped blade, a twist of the handle between cuts creates delicate waffle slices.
Julienne strips and matchsticks are covered too, with two julienne blades included at 4mm and 10mm thicknesses.
Blades, slider and handle are hand wash only. Take extra care when washing blades. Main frame is dishwasher safe.
