These cherry-flavoured sweets are a collaboration between Fabbri and Italian confectioners Herbamelle. They have a hard shell and a soft centre bursting with the fruity flavour of amarena cherries. Sweet and sour in equal measure, these candies are a deliciously grown-up treat.
Amarena cherries are small, dark coloured cherries that grow wild in the Italian cities of Bologna and Modena. They are often gently cooked and preserved in sugar syrup, which offsets their sour flavour.
Fabbri cherry sweets are natural and gluten-free. There are 21 individually wrapped candies in each pack - we bet you can’t eat just one!
