The Medio is a fruity olive oil with a mellow and balanced aroma. It has a smooth and creamy taste at first, but finishes with a powerful peppery kick. It is balanced with a subtle lemon flavour for an added tang of sweetness that makes this olive oil gentler and easy to use. The layers of balanced flavour makes it unlike any other in your cupboard.

How to open
These ceramic bottles are corked and can be opened with a traditional T-shaped wine corkscrew. The bottle's cork is much shorter than a regular wine bottle, so only a couple of screws are needed to get a firm grip. Pull out in a controlled and slow movement. If the cork breaks, a Cork Stopper will allow for a controlled pour and to preserve the oil.
