Garcia de la Cruz Coupage Blend Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Tin, 500ml

This coupage blend extra virgin olive oil is produced by Garcia de la Cruz in Castilla-La Mancha. It is a smooth, flavourful blend made with Picual, Hojiblanca and Arbequina olives. This superb Spanish olive oil is very stable when heated so it’s ideal for frying, roasting and sautéing.

Use this oil to slowly cook onions and garlic for Spanish soups, stews and tapas dishes. It’s wonderful in salad dressings and marinades for simply grilled meat and fish. Try drizzling it over sweet roasted peppers or pan con tomate (toasted bread rubbed with fresh tomato).
