Grand Rubren Blueberry Aperitif 15%ABV, 500ml

Grand Rubren’s blueberry aperitif captures the sweet-tart flavour of wild blueberries. It’s made with white wine and a tangy blueberry infusion. Enjoy it chilled or on the rocks as a pre-dinner drink.

Produced in France, this blueberry liqueur gives cakes and crumbles a boozy kick. Try adding a splash to blueberry coulis to serve with ice cream or pancakes. The tart berry flavour cuts through the richness of indulgent desserts.

For a twist on a Kir Royale, add blueberry liqueur to a glass of sparkling wine. It turns the drink a beautiful shade of pale mauve. If whisky is your tipple of choice, a dash of blueberry liqueur can transform an Old Fashioned or whisky sour.
