Iberico ham is one of Spain’s most celebrated products. It comes from the black Iberian pig which is native to Spain and Portugal. A diet of acorns gives the meat its intense, nutty flavour.

Now, you can enjoy the rich taste of Iberico pork in a luxurious pâté. The ham is ground and mixed with cream to give it a smooth, spreadable texture. As the ham is so flavourful, very little seasoning is required.

The pâté captures the nutty, slightly sweet flavour of Iberico ham. It will delight the palate of any Spanish food lover. Serve it with crusty bread and pickles, such as cornichons, to cut through its richness. It’s also delicious on crackers and crostini.
