Imperia Red Gran Gourmet Pasta Maker

The Imperia Gran Gourmet pasta maker combines style and functionality. With this solid steel machine, you can make pasta worthy of an Italian restaurant. It’s user-friendly, easy to clean and looks great in any kitchen. It makes extra wide sheets of pasta, up to 220mm wide.

The Gran Gourmet pasta maker has adjustable rollers and a non-slip base. A steel clamp keeps it stable on the counter while you work. Feed the dough through the rollers to make wide, flat sheets for lasagne and ravioli.

The machine comes with two Simplex attachments. Choose from flat, ribbon-shaped fettuccine or wider (12mm) lasagnette. Once you’ve made your own, you might never go back to store-bought pasta.

The Gran Gourmet has Imperia's patented, textured rollers, that makes pasta with a rough, rustic texture. This helps sauces cling to the surface so every bite is full of flavour. Toss the silky strands with pesto or ragu alla bolognese.
