Kalios sun-dried tomato mezze is full of Mediterranean flavours. The tomatoes are blended with extra virgin olive oil to create a smooth spread. Serve it as a dip for pita chips and crudités.

This mezze spread is flavoured with garlic and Greek herbs. Fragrant basil, rosemary and thyme work perfectly with the dried tomatoes. A dash of balsamic vinegar adds a sweet-sour note.

Serve sun-dried tomato mezze with salads and antipasti. You can use it as a topping for crostini and flatbreads with burrata and basil. We like to add a spoonful to sauces and soups to boost their flavour.
