Produced in Puglia, it is made from Leccino and Peranzana olives which are native to this region of southern Italy. These olives are specially selected by Olio Guglielmi as they produce an oil with a mellow, well-rounded flavour.

This superb extra virgin olive oil is sweet and delicate on the palate, so it won’t overwhelm the flavours of your dish. It’s a versatile finishing oil, ideal for drizzling over creamy cheeses, caprese salads and vegetables roasted with garlic and herbs.
