The pack contains:
- 8 x Ooni natural firestarters
- Ooni premium hardwood oak logs (5”)
- A mix of premium hardwood oak chunks (4”) and larger oak logs (8”)
High quality oak pieces infuse your food with smoky flavours. They’re carefully sized so they fit into the Ooni Karu 16 fuel tray.
The wood is kiln-dried for a low moisture content. This delivers a faster, hotter cook and minimal ash.
Note: This fuel mix is not suitable for the Ooni Karu 12 or 12G.
