The Opinel Parallele beech handle chefs knife is the classic multi-purpose kitchen knife. Use to slice and dice vegetables, slice meat & fish, and finely chop herbs. The curved belly of the blade lets you chop using a rocking motion.
The 3mm thick blade is made from a stainless steel called ‘X50CrMoV15’ that’s highly resistant to corrosion. So, your Opinel chefs knife will stay in top condition for years to come. The handle is made from durable French beechwood.
