Enjoy organic green shiso vinaigrette as a dressing for Japanese salads or cold soba noodle dishes. The green shiso, or Japanese basil, has a flavour similar to coriander, but is also often described to have cinnamon and even mint notes.
This complex herb is mixed with lemon juice and rice vinegar to make an uplifting, oil-free dressing. It’s ideal on all kinds of salads, or use to liven up cooked vegetables or a bowl of plain rice for a simple supper. The herby, citrussy flavours of the organic shiso vinaigrette also make it a great accompaniment to prawns, scallops and white fish.
Store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
