This pappardelle rolling pin is designed to cut strips of pappardelle from sheets of fresh pasta with total ease. The traditional-style Italian spaghetti rolling pin for artisanal pasta making is made in Italy and crafted from hornbeam wood. 

Hornbeam is a particularly strong and hard wood, which means the ridges cut more cleanly than other woods and will slice through pasta dough easily and precisely. The pin cuts 12 lines of pappardelle with each roll.
