Terre Exotique Bagel Blend, 80g

Scatter Terre Exotique bagel blend over bread and rolls before baking. It’s a nutty, savoury seasoning made with three types of sesame. The seeds have a rich, toasted flavour and addictive crunch.

The blend also includes garlic, poppy seeds and fleur de sel. Dampen your dough or use an egg wash to help the seasoning stick. In addition to bagels, you can also sprinkle it over burger buns and pretzels.

Add bagel blend seasoning to breadcrumbs for chicken schnitzel. It’s delicious on popcorn and dips like hummus and tzatziki.
