Terre Exotique Five Peppercorns Blend, 60g

Terre Exotique’s five peppercorn blend combines the flavours and aromas of peppers and berries from around the world. Sprinkle it over duck rillettes or add a generous grind to a sauce for fillet steak.

The blend features Penja pepper from Cameroon, green pepper from Madagascar and Jamaican pepper from Guatemala. Madagascan pink berries add a warming, sweet-spicy note. The result is a beautifully balanced seasoning for all kinds of dishes. Enhance your recipes with some of the finest peppercorns the globe has to offer.

Delight dinner guests by serving this unique pepper blend in pinch pots. Grind it by hand just before they arrive to showcase its flavour and aroma. Guests can use the fragrant pepper to season carpaccio or crostini topped with trout.

This sweet and spicy pepper blend is great with red meat. Rub it into steaks before grilling or add it to a marinade for duck. You can also use it to season canapés or make a vinaigrette.
