The Yasuo black utility knife is made from cold forged Damascus steel so the blade is razor sharp, durable and easy to clean and care for. With a sleek Pakkawood handle, this multi-purpose knife is ideal for preparing all sorts of ingredients. The slim blade works well with starchy, fatty and oily ingredients as it will slice without creating a vacuum or sticking to the food. It can be used to fillet fish, carve cooked meat and finely slice vegetables for a stir-fry. This utility knife does the job of multiple knives, saving space in your knife rack or drawer.

The blade is made from a 69 layer damascus steel with a VG10 core, making it a durable knife that will hold its edge and is still easy enough to sharpen and maintain.

The handle is made from Pakkawood, commonly used in kitchen knives because of the hard wearing qualities it brings. It has a classic Japanese octagonal shaped handle that will fit comfortably in your hand for easy use.
