Mill & Mortar Organic Green Dukkah, 70g

Green dukkah is a Middle Eastern condiment made from herbs, nuts and seeds. Mill & Mortar makes theirs with organic fennel, pistachio and roasted almonds. Black sesame seeds give it a nutty, umami-rich flavour.

Dukkah is typically eaten as a protein-rich snack with flatbreads and olive oil. Toast the bread, dip it in the oil and sprinkle the dukkah on top. The herby, nutty flavours are a great match for rich, fruity olive oil.

Dukkah can also be sprinkled over salads, soups and Middle Eastern stews. It adds crunch and nutty flavour to dips like hummus and muhammara. Try scattering it over roasted cauliflower or use it in a herby crust for lamb and salmon.
