Mill & Mortar Organic Gringo Tex Mex, 55g

Gringo Tex-Mex is a smoky, savoury spice blend inspired by Mexican cuisine. It combines garlic, chilli and oregano with earthy cumin and smoked paprika. Add a generous pinch to chilli con carne or chunky tomato salsa.

Gringo spice blend is an instant flavour boost for Mexican and Tex-Mex dishes. Use it to season beef or soy mince for burritos and tacos. Or, mix with olive oil to marinate chicken before grilling.

A spoonful of Gringo Tex Mex spice blend gives stews and sauces a Mexican twist. We like to add it to refried beans and creamy dips for wedges and nachos. Try sprinkling it over sweet potato wedges and grilled pork chops.

Mill & Mortar’s Tex-Mex blend is made with organic ingredients. They leave out the salt so you can season your dish to your liking.
