Organic red dukkah is a herby, nutty Middle Eastern condiment. It’s typically served with warm flatbreads and extra virgin olive oil. Dip the bread in the oil, scatter the dukkah on top and enjoy!

Mill & Mortar’s red dukkah is made with roasted almonds and spices like paprika, cumin and coriander. Fennel adds subtle aniseed notes, while white sesame seeds add crunch and umami.

Sprinkle red dukkah over lentil soups, lahmacun and creamy labneh. It’s a protein-rich topping for salads with grilled chicken or roasted chickpeas. We like to scatter it over roasted cauliflower and homemade hummus.

Pair organic red dukkah with Mill & Mortar’s dukkah oil. It’s made with roasted black sesame oil for a rich, nutty taste.
