Rose salt gets its colour and aroma from red wine. The herbal flavour comes from rosemary, while rose and lavender add a floral undertone. Finally, there’s a hint of warmth from sweet chilli flakes.

This salt blend is best used at the end of cooking to let its flavour shine. You can scatter it over tiger prawns or salmon, fresh from the grill. It’s also great in marinades and dry rubs. Pair it with your favourite spices and rub it into chicken thighs or a leg of lamb.
